Users shoud not add threads to app/plugin/scripts

The ability to post threads in some forums categories shoud be disabled. Especially in categories where only apps/scripts/plugins are allowed as resources, but they should have the ability to reply inside there

Indeed, it should be added by clicking the 'add ressource' button Maybe a tutorial would be great for newcomers?

It should be a specific category with tutorials, how-to, faqs etc.
But anyway, still posting threads to some types of categories should be disabled !
