The forum doesn't have any heavy things to be backed up, except some databases with text record inside it. But anyway, backups can be deleted if they are e.x 5 days older.

But i think even babiato with my personal idea is not more than 500Mb or 3 Gb maybe. Who knows.

Since no files are being hosted on the Server, so G Drive Daily Database Backups are sufficient. Rest @GambitSteel would further shed light on it. eg. frequency, no of backups retained, size of each backup. weather entire forum files are also backup etc.

It's just a database with some texts on it. Users don't upload resources directly to the Forum's database

Hey @LoveDownloads and @GambitSteel Just found out about this forum and pleased to see that the Babiato fam can reunite again. Hope it will keep as the same as it always was.

I believe all old resources are chat everything is gone? Let's rebuild everything and become stronger. If there is anything I can do to help I'm here and will start sharing everything I got.

In my domains (5 of them) one is news site very popular, and i have every day backups for just 2$/month.

After changing hosting server, now i have everyday backups for all domains for free.

File backup + Database backup

Well done @GambitSteel for coming up with this platform to bring all Babiato lovers to a place where they can interact and share their opinion or perspective and their experience with everyone. I loved your idea to redirect this domain name to Babiato once it's completely restored. However, it would also be good if you and other moderators can keep this forum as an alternative to Babiato like a Babiato's real-time backup. It is just a suggestion.
