is there a way to know which member has downloaded his resource Recently after modifying the Restrictions? as not many members were eligible to view his hard work? in this way, we can filter down and MONITOR those members who appear here and suddenly goes offline their login/login or offline behaviour would be another clue for us to track such members down by giving them warnings

This is not going work bro. Having resources restrictions will help. Admin and moderator has to check proof of purchase before approving resource so that leachers availability will be slows down.
