To be honest, I was kind of a leecher at the first on babiato too, but just for Elementor, I was not a huge leecher. But I tried to help people a lot to « compensate » my leech ^^ After that I uploaded some envato elements theme to help community.

So, like you, I think being too restrictive is maybe not a good idea.
I don’t forget that, in a community, there are always people with little money that can not upload but can help a lot other members
